We spent a week here in July and it was perfect for our family. The house is beautiful and one of a kind. We particularly loved the screen porch and the lighting, which was incredible. We also enjoyed the open air porch in the mornings. We enjoyed biking and walking around the little neighborhood to the benches overlooking the sound. We weren’t quite comfortable biking from the house to the beach, but on a less busy week (we were there during pony swim week) it would be fine. We also made use of the community launch with our kayaks and paddelboards, mostly using our car to transport them. It’s walkable for a paddle board but a bit of a slog with a kayak.
