I organized a “guys weekend” and it was perfect. Plenty of space, great for a group of friends or family. There are lots of communal spaces like the rooftop decks with amazing views, living room/kitchen area and screened porch/grill area but also space to allow for privacy with the bedrooms and some having porches and decks too. The bonus was the game room with efficiency kitchen and refrigerator, 65” tv, pool table, ping pong and foosball. WiFi service worked great for streaming and a couple of us had work stuff while visiting. It’s also very close proximity to everything in Chincoteague but sort of off the beaten path for privacy. Very short drive to the beach and the outdoor shower and hose was ideal for cleaning up and rinsing surf fishing gear. Plenty of parking as well. A great place for any kind of a group gathering; guys weekend, girls weekend or multiple families vacationing together.
