Perfect spot

Lovely property on a small channel. close to refuge. I was there during a nor’easter and the government shutdown and it was perfect. I comfortably read and painted during the worst of the storm. was able to hike in the refuge the next day, though buildings were closed. Chincoteague never disappoints.
